You can book directly through our website, or simply message us on WhatsApp. Just tell us the tour, your preferred date, and the number of people — we’ll confirm availability and send you all the details.
Each tour includes hotel pick-up and drop-off, a private car with an experienced driver/guide, entrance tickets, and activity fees where applicable. Specific inclusions (like meals or equipment) are listed on each tour’s page.
Yes! Free pick-up and drop-off is included for hotels in most popular areas around Bali. For locations further out, a small extra fee may apply — just let us know your hotel and we’ll confirm.
We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and popular e-wallets. For many tours you can also pay in cash to your driver on the day of the tour. We’ll share the available options when you book.
To secure your date, we usually ask for a small deposit, with the balance paid before or on the tour day. Some activities (like fast boats or island trips) require full payment in advance — we’ll always tell you clearly beforehand.
Absolutely. Free rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before your tour, subject to availability. Cancellation terms vary by tour — please check the tour page or message us and we’ll help you out.
